Moving Away From Cardsmith (For The Time Being)

Hi, I'm making this post to announce my departure from Cardsmith. Until these issues are solved I will not be uploading any new cards to the website. I will still remain on the forums and the discord server. I will be posting cards exclusively on MTGCardBuilder under the user ThatKeefGuy if you wish to see my work going forward. It's so sad to see this website fall apart at what looks like corporate greed. I've been teetering on leaving for the better part of a year now. These changes that were meant to improve the website has only worsened it, and the community was the only thing holding me from pulling the trigger. I will still remain in the community at large, just not on the website itself. Feel free to reach out, my forum and discord DMs are always open to anyone! This doesn't have to be forever, but if the state of the website isn't restored to something great, I most likely wont return. See you on the other side Smithers.

    I totally understand you. I also switched to Cardbuilder three months or so ago, mostly because it just works better without so many problems. I had planned to make my new deck as soon as the site gets updated, but then I waited and waited for anything, but nothing came. Then the update came and I think everyone knows at this point that it sucks. Because of this I only remained active on discord/forums but didn't use the site anymore. So yeah, if anyone wants to see my new cards, my name on Cardbuilder is unsurprisingly Lurisauri. If you want me to give feedback on any of your cards feel free to dm me. I'm also thinking about leaving for a longer amount of time after I've finished my deck.

    I was going to try and return to MTGCardsmith, or atleast give it another shot. Come to find out I cannot publish a card since I exceed the now 30 card free account limit. I have over 500 cards on my account mind you. So I can't even publish another card to this account unless I delete 4 years worth of cards or pay $10 a month for premium. I hate this website man.

    30 cards is just crazy - I can't even figure out how to use the new editor
