  Uh... in what way? You mean on casting costs and such? Not even WotC does that, and I don't even think Magic Set Editor has that feature unless you're adept at crafting custom symbols.
  
  If you meant in general, well, nothing stops you from just writing them in in the rules text

  I have seen "Y" on a card. There is only 1 card that uses it.
