Create a commander
I would like to see what other ideas there are out there!
rules:
1. Must be red, white, blue, or any combination of those
2. Legendary creature (duh)
3. Try to make it as balanced as possible!
4. Make a lieutenant too if you want!

This card makes use of the Gain Intel ability which can be found on other soldiers.
(Whenever a creature with Gain Intel enters the battlefield, its controller chooses a card from an opponent's hand. That card is revealed until it leaves the hand.)
