Enchantment Contest No. 4
Fourth iteration of the Enchantment Contest. (Previous contest)
The winner of this contest chooses the focus of the next one.
This contest will revolve around epic global enchantments, the kind that is either packing a ton of flavour, power, or ideally both—while remaining balanced, of course. “Epicness” (or, the “Mythic Feeling”) can be conveyed with a complex design, as with Demonic Pact, or with incredible simplicity—Omniscience being the obvious example. But don't feel pressured to submit cards with exorbitant mana costs, or with three dozen lines of text (although you aren't forbidden from doing so). Rather, design your cards so as to be rousing and impactful, in true mythic fashion, regardless of complexity.
As a prize for the top three entries, while I personally do not like giving out favourites on cards as a reward (isn't simple recognition much more satisfying and meaningful?), I might be willing to do as my predecessors, according to the wishes of the winners. In any case, your creations will get extra visibility on this discussion, and anyone who likes them will certainly show their appreciation.
The only requirement is that your enchantment cannot be an aura (for the purpose of orienting the creation process). Each entry will be judged by myself, according to the following criteria (in no specific order of importance): flavour, power, balance, design, and overall impression of “epicness”, with possible bonus points for particularly clever flavour text. Each participant is limited to three entries; however, value quality over quantity. In the event that one of you wishes to replace an entry, please state clearly which entry is to be replaced. For further information, feel free to send me a private message.
The contest ends on April 9th, 2016 at 23:59 EST. Winners (and any honourable mentions) will be announced shortly after.
May your imagination be fructuous. Have fun!

I've got a idea that I like for the second.
Hey, I'm sorry, but you should have specified a limit on the number of submissions!

First place: Spell Inhabitation by @Faiths_Guide. A unique and powerful effect, effectively balanced with the card's mana cost. Even though I believe it would require a bit of cleaning to work according to current Magic rules (I dunno, make an X/X elemental with X equal to CMC), this card would definitely inspire many a brew.
Second Place: Death's Company by @Gelectrode. Clean and solid design, both power- and flavour-wise, with a balanced, if restrictive, mana cost. (Don't be afraid to push your mechanics, though—e.g. "All damage is dealt as though its source had deathtouch.")
Third place: Seasons' Progression by @Faiths_Guide. Sweet design, and very powerful card. Its slow speed probably makes it more balanced than my first impression suggested. (Plus, it randomly hoses creatures that already have cumulative upkeep.)
Honourable mentions:
Boundless Thought by @Angry_Potatoes. I like the clean design of this one.
Enter Etheria by @RohanDragoon. Powerful card, and very flavourful.
To the Wonder by @Animist. Intriguing and chaotic effect.
To the winner, @Faiths_Guide: it's now up to you to continue this chain of enchantment contests. Choose a focus and submit your challenge to all cardsmithies.
Thank you all for participating.
Thanks bro! If you like the card you wanna just slap a fave on it as my prize? Don't give it that vote unless you like it (at least sorta anyway).
Now I have to host one of these? Hmmmm...
Going in the tank.
