The full SOI experience!
This is a challenge where you must give the cad the full SOI experience. It must have a delirium, a madness cost, investigate, and must be a transforming creature. Wow! Just FYI, all those mechanics must be on the same card, but not on the same side. So your front could have a madness and investigate, and the transformed side as a delirium. That is the only limits. Beyond that, go wild!

Investigate or each basic land type among lands you control. Then if Twisting Topographys madness cost was paid transform it.

Tap + Sacrifice a clue add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
Delirium
Clue artifacts you control are creatures with base power and toughness 1/1, in addition to their other types.

Looks fine but the wording on Draw Towards Midnight might need to be fixed. I'm not sure if you can transform that way.

You're gonna need to have that card put itself onto the battlefield transformed, as cards cannot transform in zones other that the battlefield. (For reference, see the Origins Planeswalker cards and Startled Awake)
I like the idea of turning your clues into creatures in a call-back to March of the Machines, or fix mana with them, as well as the off-color Madness cost.
@M15CardMaker wins 1st. I love how it flows with the SOI flavor. I can almost see that being printed.
@Jabrewer wins 2nd. Werewolves are neat, and I like how you fused investigate nicely into it. Kinda like what would happen if Tireless tracker became a werewolf.
