Keyword Challenge #1
Welcome to my first contest! 
Rules:
1. Basically, you need to make a card with one of the following keywords or supports the following keywords:
BLUE: Farsight X (Reveal the top X cards of your library. You may cast any instant spells revealed this way. Then, return the other revealed cards in the same order on top of your library.) Sample: (http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/sceaft-the-far-seer)
RED: Fatebreak X (Reveal the top X cards of an opponent's library, put all instant cards revealed this way into that player's graveyard, then put the rest back in the same order. _______ deals damage to that player equal to number of cards put into the graveyard this way.)
WHITE: Fortuity Y (Whenever Beald attacks, reveal the top Y cards of your library. All attacking creatures you control gain +X/+X where X is the number of instants revealed this way until end of turn. Then return the revealed cards in the same order on top of your library.) BLACK: Portent X (Reveal the top X cards of your opponent's library. Exile all instant spells revealed this way and all cards with the same name in all graveyards. GREEN: Destined [Mana Cost] (If you reveal this card from the top of your library, you may cast it for its destined cost.) Sample: (http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/tacen-the-wanderer)
2. You can forego writing the reminder text if it's too long.
3. You can have one entry per keyword.
4. Five winners (one per keyword) will get five likes distributed among five cards they own of their choosing.
5. Contest ends on May 1, 2016!

I fixed the wording of the reminder text.

- Important thing is; You have to reveal cards. Also old wording says you can put cards into anyone's GY except yours. And it doesn't say the damage source.

Destined [Mana Cost] (When you reveal this card from the top of your library, you may cast it for its destined cost and put a destined counter on it.) maybe this will work

This way it functions more like "Miracle" wherein the Destined cost can only be payed at the time of revealing, not during your opponents following turn or your next turn.
Alternatively, if you did want to be able to delay when you would cast the card on top:
Destined [Mana Cost] (As long this card is revealed on the top of your library, you may cast it for its destined cost anytime you could cast it.)
That way it could be a creature on top during your upkeep but you wouldn't have to cast it until your second main (for example). Also it could be an Instant card with Destined, and the "anytime you could cast it" wording would help clarify that the cards can still only be cast when they are normally cast-able, so you could cast it as long as it is there.

Unless the permanent has a counter there is no way to "know" whether or not it was cast with its Destined cost or not except while being cast.
[http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/tacen-the-wanderer?list=user] This card works because it's an ETB trigger, at which point all players are aware how it was cast. I think you should leave it like this and not add a counter, just keep in mind that Woodland Designator doesn't work how it's currently worded because it doesn't keep track of how it was cast.
