5-Color Tiny Leaders
I just want a 5-color tiny leaders general, but Wizards hasn't caught on yet.
So here's the rules:
1) Converted mana cost must be 3 or less.
2) Must be a legendary permanent (If it's not a creature it must state that it can be your commander.)
3) All 5 colored mana symbols must be represented on the card.

Also, does the B/U and the G/U hybrid mana count as black and green mana?
