  @ArbitraryPlaneswalker the card you made seems way too overpowered. You get to rearrange your library however you want, giving you an unfair advantage. Even for 12 mana it's still WAY too overpowered.
  The official definition of Scry:
  
  Scry is a keyword action that allows a player to look at a certain number of cards at the top of his or her library and put them back in any order.
  
  Maybe you misunderstood what Scry means?

  @LukeMTG He understands it, he just made a spell that lets you reorder your entire library. Hard casting it would be nearly impossible, especially since all of the u mana. It would pretty much require a trick casting deck to use. I think I would probably take Omniscience over it.

  @strongbelieves that's true, but it'd probably be easy to play in a mono-blue deck. But if that card's ok, expect me to be submitting an OP card soon!
