Kramp's Mechanics challenge 1: Baste and Fateseal.
Hello! I am starting a new series of contests featuring a specific mechanic, or in some special cases 2. This challenge will be based around 2 mechanics: Baste and Fateseal.

The contest ends on Sunday, may 15th at 12:01 AM and will be judged the same day.
Prizes:
1st Place: 1 like on 5 cards of your choice.
2nd Place: 1 like on 3 cards of your choice
3rd Place: 1 like on the card of your choice.
Participation: Your entry will be liked.
Remember, Baste can only go on creatures, but Fateseal can go on any card type. I can't wait to see a creature with Baste and Fateseal

I really like this card, but the fateseal felt more like an added bonus and not a pivotal portion of the card.

This card has a really cool effect! I like how you get to search for land, as well as fateseal. I feel this card could have been ranked higher, but I like second place just a tiny bit more. Good job!

This card may be the simplest entry I received, but it is also the best fateseal card I was given. Making your opponents pay for playing lands is a very punishing effect, but this card is just balanced enough to get it done. Good job!

I like this card because of it's creative use of baste and fateseal. While I would have liked the card to have been more streamlined, I don't think that it's too big of a deal in this case. Well done!
