A Town in the MTG-Universe

Hey awesome mates,

this time I want you to create a Town!
How does this work? Easy! Everybody of you can forge his or her own building for our great City.
Each of those Buildings assumes its own tasks, to make our town work and prosper.
Our city will have each color in it, so you are not limited in that way.

For some examples we need some residences, maybe some shops or a watchtower etc.

Ok now here are the rules:
—> Your Building has to be an Artifact (or an artifact creature? Could be a nice idea :D )
—> Its subtype has to be "Building" but you can also add other subtypes
—> It has to be balanced
—> Its colors have to match its abilities (or you just leave it colorless)
—> If your Building spawns Tokens, please make that Token too
—> If some of you really wants to create a cathouse, please choose an appropriate artwork ;)

—> You can post up to TWO Buildings and optional: a citizen of our new great town!

—> Also you can suggest a Name for our town (maybe you get a bonus point)
—> Old cards are fine too, but your subtype should be "Building" so you can adjust your old works.

—> Deadline is the 14th of June.

The judging criterions are:
- Balancing (up to three points)
- Creativity of the Ability (up to five points)
- Artwork (up to two points)
- Flavortext (up to two points)
- the optional citizen (up to two points)
I will judge all of your entries and add the points together. The person with the most Points will win!

The Prices:
First - will get 5 Upvotes and an awesome Award (Yes, I stole @Tomigons idea, I feel a little sorry :D )
Second - will get 3 Upvotes
Third - will get 1 Upvote
The winners can just post a Link of the cards they want to get upvotes.

Also I will upvote each Building in this contest!
