HI guys, ready for another short and quick contest? In this contest, I want you to make a legendary wizard. I repeat, a legendary wizard.
Here are the rules:
Type must be "Legendary Creature-Wizard"
A card that is fun to play with.

Here is the link to my submission. A two color wizard, that can draw Sorceries directly from library and play them even during opponent turns, though doesn't make them into instants and still has to pay mana cost:
