Cards that Feature a Certain Ability

For this challenge, you need to make a balanced card that features at least one of these abilities as a large part of the card. You may choose from:
Monstrosity (For Example: http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/hydra-broodmaster/)
Undying (For Example: http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/flayer-of-the-hatebound/
Persist (For Example: http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/heartmender/)
Devotion (For Example: http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/gray-merchant-of-asphodel/)
Proliferate (For Example: http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/contagion-engine/)
Cipher (For Example: http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/undercity-plague/)

Here are some rules:
• The card must have the ability be a large part of the card. I have included examples of cards that have their respective abilities as large parts of their cards next to the abilities.
• You may only use a new original card that you made.
• You can only enter 3 cards into the contest.
• (EDIT) You may use more that one of these abilities on each card

I will be judging cards on:
1. Balance
2. Creativity
3. How big of a role the selected ability plays in the card
4. Flavor
5. Artwork

Prizes:
1st Place: A follow, a favorite on 5 cards of your choice, and honest criticism and suggestions on any card that you made
2nd Place: A follow and a favorite on 4 cards of your choice
3rd Place: A follow and a favorite on 3 cards of your choice
4th Place: A follow and a favorite on 2 cards of your choice
5th Place: A follow and a favorite on 1 card of your choice

The contest will end by of August 2nd (14 days from now)
