I'm a really big fan of @koover who's been away for a while but recently returned. Here's three of my favourites, including a couple of older ones that our newer members might not have seen:
@DingusXeon - I should probably mention that about ten of those pages are just planeschase cards that I retooled as world enchantments (The {C} is the chaos symbol for the set).
I was gonna vote @Corwinnn but he doesn't seem to interested. Then I was thinking @Faiths_Guide but he endorses someone else. You know what? I vote @DankSoulsRager cause he's a cool guy. If you vote me... You know my playstyle so I think you know the results...
Like... I know there's the moderator party, the popular smith party and the not-so-popular smith party. What's the fourth? Non mtg playing smiths? Like the guys that make mtg Dnd cards?
Thanks for the shoutout @Animist I would put you in this thread too, but I think that's not necessary, since everbody knows how awesome your work is But I defnietly need to compliment you too for your fantastic cards and the great feedback on a lot of my creations!
When I came back to this site, I've seen a lot of new great smiths around here, but right now, I'd like to highlight @annie. Here are some cards I really enjoyed while browsing through Annie's collection:
Thank you @koover for getting this thread back on track. Although, I would like to know why we are voting. Ignore that, could you guys please move the voting to another thread?
@gterww123 Those are really cool cards. I will say however, that One of Mana is really easy to break. One of Mana + Zulaport Cutthroat + a Primal Surge and a deck full of multicolored creatures with death benefits.
@Chairforce is one of my favorite designers on the site, only has 20 followers, probably makes the most consistently cool Land cards on the site. Chairforce is responsible for making some of the most favorited cards on the site (59, and 41) but I don't see Chairforce mentioned much as a "popular" cardsmith, even though Chairforce should be. Also, Chairforce gives great feedback on cards, which I think is very difficult to do. Lastly, shout out to @Grimshac, @Cryptonight, @ningyounk, and @Suicidal_Deity for also giving amazingly thorough feedback-- there are more of you but I cannot list everyone, please don't feel excluded.
I have no idea if Chairforce is on the favored list, I'd guess that Chairforce is there.

@Legendxp has almost 20 pages of wonderful designs for you to check out. These 3 I enjoy the most.
I vote for @strongbelieves because I want to see a stirring debate.
