C16 Celebration Contest - Part 1
It's time, one again, for the ever-popular 4 Color Commander contest. It comes with a bit of a twist, however.
This time you're being judged not only on your commander's adherence to the color pie and good design, but on your design of a set mechanic. 2015 had experience counters, 2014 had planeswalker commanders, and now 2016 is up for you to theoretically design.
Submissions
All contestants will submit 1 description of a unique set theme mechanic (see: experience counters, command zone cost) represented on at least 1 4-color commander.
Additional commanders or cards to further represent this mechanic may be submitted, and each one may increase your chance of winning. For an upper limit of this, I'll stop reading cards after 7 of a person's submissions.
Judging
Judging will take place after 12 members have submitted entries or on the 19th, whichever comes first. Judging may take some time, so bear with me.
3 winners of equal standing will be selected at this time, though 1 will be chosen to represent a follow-up contest. At some point, I will create the second part asking designers to use your mechanic to design the other commanders.
Prizes
By entering this contest, you agree to participate in the distribution of this prize as an experimental model. Why is it experimental?
Participants are all asked to favorite the submissions of all three winners. I cannot force you to do so, but my submitting you are entering into the chance to have this same level of community backing.
If few individuals do not do so, I will provide at least the same number of favorites. These few individuals will be barred from winning any of my future contests. If the community does not agree as a whole, I will work out an alternative. As an addition, I will be following all who enter the contest and liking all submissions regardless.
Other Rules
You must credit the artist who's work is featured on your card, or provide good reason why you cannot.
Re-submission of cards is allowed, as long as the contest is not explicitly closed. I'd be happy to comment with feedback on a card if requested.
Entries must include at least one valid commander, but all of the other cards may be of any other type - including new types to make the contest entry work.
Failure to participate in the pool prize will be determined in two weeks after the submissions are judged. Contact me if you simply will not be on in that time frame.

The "mechanic" would be each commander getting activated abilities to use while they are in the command zone that you have the chance to use during your upkeep.
(Is this too similar to the Oloro commander line thing? If it is, ill make a different one.)

EDIT: The theme is colorless commanders with activated abilities
The reason that there is no green is because green has the least number of changeling cards.
I fixed my old entry
