@ZendikarIncarnate Basically any blue magic, whether or not it surrounds something depends on what text is manipulates (Manipulating creature text looks like blue mana surrounding and changing a creature)

I, Syrix, favour the color blue but use all equally, and do battle with my handy Oversized Tome, which contains within all of my Magic-al knowledge. It also makes a good shield.
