@Animist I have not been frequenting these forums for long, but I respect your cardsmithing and your absence will leave many holes on Cardsmith Activity pages.
@Animist Is this your first break since you got here?? Well, this is just like Magic itself I guess, people go on a break because they get jobs and everything, but a lot of them also come back a few months/years later and I'm hoping we'll see you pass by once you're all settled and start feeling nostalgic!
@Animist Well, I wish you the best of luck in whatever endeavors you choose and I thank you for your contributions to MTG Cardsmith. I think you helped us all become better smiths. You will be missed
First of all, thank you all for entering and thanks for the kind words. I'll post a proper farewell message elsewhere. But for right now, let's get on with the winners!
Lots of great entries and, once again, a difficult time judging. I know I ought to comment on all the winners but I really want to talk about @Beeswax's entry. It was one of the earlier ones and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. The flavour was perfect. One of the things I was looking for in this contest was a good, flavourful reason for the drawback(s) that would inevitably accompany a 1 mana 3/3 and the winners managed to combine that with, IMO, the right balance for that drawback. Good stuff!

We need to throw some kind of virtual MTG Party.
Also, third and final entry: http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/proprietor-of-secrets?list=user
Here have a free creature, in return for a tarmagoyf, bob, and scavenging ooze.
jk @Animist - you know we love you!
Okay, no more entries. I'll post the results soon.
