Make a Voting Card (CLOSED)
There are a bunch of cards that have each player vote on multiple choices, and I've always really liked those cards. (If you haven't heard of them, here's a link to all of them: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?text=+[council]+[vote] ) Today, I want you to make a card with Will of the Council, Council's Dilemma, or your own variation of those mechanics.
Rules:
1. The card must have a voting mechanic. It doesn't need to be the proninent mechanic or anything, but it has to be there.
2. The card may be any card type.
3. The voting mechanic doesn't have to happen on cast/when it enters the battlefield. It can be an activated ability and stuff like that.
4. You are allowed to change your card any amount before the contest ends
5. You can only use an original card that you made.
6. Max number of entries is three.
I will be judging you based on:
- Balance
- Creativity
- Templating (including spelling, grammar, punctuation and spacing)
- Flavor (Not flavor text, just how well the abilities fit with the art and name)
- Art selection (using existing MtG art is strongly discouraged)
Rewards:
1st: I will follow you, favorite 5 cards of your choice, and you get to choose an honorable mention.
2nd: I will follow you and favorite 3 cards of your choice.
3rd: I will follow you and favorite 2 card of your choice
Honorable Mention(s): I will favorite 2 cards of your choice
I will be judging on September 7, 2016. (14 days from when this contest was created)

Yes! first submission. Took a while to type the whole thing though.
Here you go! Have fun.
@AlphaDelta's Stump the Trump: I'm just gonna tell you straight out. Joke cards (yes, even cards with just joke art/name) are dumb and don't do them, because they wont win.
@viola's Thassa's Judgement: Just so you know, this card will not be able to place because 1: It's not your card and 2: It doesn't even do stuff with voting.
@Monty's Civil Debate: Wow, this is a great way to get other people to make enimies. Sadly, they can vote for you, but if 2-3 players get chosen and nobody votes for bribe, well that's a big setback for them. I like the way this card works. Plus, both voting mechanics!
Sorry, I couldn't find any art
Fixed below!
Vote! Vote! Vote!
@LydonF's Local Argument: Sorry, but the wording makes this card very hard to understand. Please update this card or it will not be judged.
@Faiths_Guide's Deliberated Result: This card really reminds me of Split Decision (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=382371), but with creatures. It seems kinda bad, considering Control Magic and Aetherize are cards (Mind Control: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=413584 Aetherize: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=366273)
@Gavin's Rising Tempers: It's a neat card, but I feel like the first ability is a lot worse than the second, and people just wouldn't want to take the risk of having their creature destroyed, so they would just give you a 1/1 for 3 mana.
@thereddude's Controversial Punishment: First of all, please tell me what card type this is (I'm guessing it's an enchantment). Now, pretty much what would happen is that, at least in commander, someone would attack, then they would vote for freedom, and everybody else would vote execution, and all of the attackers would die. Then the next person would go, and the same would happen, and then the next, and the next, and so on until nobody wants to attack because their creatures would die.

I made it p/b so any color can play it, but it favors black because of what the card does.
This is a proof of concept for my new voting mechanic Trust of the Council:
Trust of the Council – Each player votes for A or B at the same time. If you voted for A, for each A vote, [repeatable effect A]. If you voted for B, for each B vote, [repeatable effect B].
@ningyounk's Dealing with Rebels: I really like the new ability. The fact that you have to choose what the majority of people chose for it to be good is a really cool mechanic, as it requires you to know if the people would rather benefit you than hurt everybody other than you. I feel like this plus Telepathy would really work. (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=189910)

I keep experimenting with the Trust of the Council mechanic. This time, it's a flashy rare!
@ningyounk's Hoping for a Nightmare: Again, I really like the Trust of the Council mechanic. The card seems a little overpowered for 5 mana, but not too much. It's just a really good.

Really, really annoying.
THAT WAS NOT AN ENTRY, BY THE WAY!

Remade the card for (hopefully) better understanding. Voting for fight means dealing damage to creatures & players, and voting for calm means tapping & freezing creatures.
P.S. the name's LyndonF.
