http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/negative-energy-field I spent FOREVER looking for art for this. I was looking for a potion because I wanted it to be like the person had one chance to use it, but I couldn't find anything.
@JAM hmmm, I can see Realm Shatter tilting out mono-colored decks really, really hard, though the other 2 are less frustrating and more value-centric, though I do really like Zombie Librarian, forbidden is a very interesting design concept which is just open for abuse
@Monty If the interactions worked that way (with reference to Ithoth), it would be a two card: exile each opponent's library. However, I'm not sure whether 'Playing with hand revealed' will actually trigger 'whenever he or she reveals a card from their hand'. Don't even think there are rules in place for that yet
@ningyounk@Arensen off to the rules forums we go! Now to find out if 'Telepathy' does in fact cause you to "reveal" cards rather than just playing with your hand "revealed".
Possibilities pre-research
1. Telepathy causes cards to be "revealed". therefore triggering Jithoth, which in turn exiles your opponent's entire hand.
2. Telepathy does no cause cards to be "revealed", rather it just creates a situation that does not trigger abilities (eg. how tapping mana does not create a situation you can respond to.)
3. Telepathy causes cards to be "revealed" AND causes all drawn cards to also be "revealed". Causing Jithoth to exile your opponent's hand AND each card they draw until either Telepathy or Jithoth are removed from the battlefield. Basically what @Arensen said by "exile each opponent's library".
Presently scouring MTG Rulings, will update
UPDATE: Since no other card does what Jithoth does there have been no rulings made on "reveal based triggers", the plot thickens without potential for a satisfying climax.
@Monty my bet is on case number 2. If anything, it just changes the cards from a state in which they are hidden information to a state in which they are public information. Drawing a card causes it to change zones (which CAN trigger effects), however it merely causes the card to become 'revealed' (a change of information type, which to the best of my knowledge does NOT trigger effects) rather than the card actually being actively 'revealed' by the effect of a card. tldr, changing the zone of a card and making it now in a revealed zone is not (in my opinion only of course ;p) the same as 'revealing' it.
Who doesn't love fog? Especially a repeatable fog on a stick with evasion and recurrence? Gross, tilting, though still balanced (though it is pretty close to the line.) Love the design and flavor, well done.
This was a tough choice, a balanced, flavorful, blue control card with art so fitting even the Louvre is jealous. The unique ability with off-color combo potential is a wonderful idea. Sadly I can only have 1 first place.
It's the Slapchop of hate. Removal bugging you? Countered. Burn itching your face a bit? Countered. Another member of the fun police getting on your nerves? Super countered. The potential for tilt in this one card is immense. Coupled with the wonderful design flavor, mechanical flavor, and art choice I just couldn't say no. Congrats @Faiths_Guide!

I made a lot of cards with Forbidden, but imagine the opponent's face when they have to top-deck this.

Six-in-one card. This gives you the board state almost automatically.
