@Feyamius, consider 1 mana "enough" for the mana ability as a common, and the draw, another 3/4... Maybe this could be a bad common I guess. Still a creative card.
The first one is nice, I always thought it would be cool to build a "Love thy enemy" deck, where you're just super courteous, plus if they don't have a spell they can cast, mana burn!
The second one is a bit unbalanced in your opponent's favour, gaining 30 life is massive. And the mana spending restrictions mean that would have to be pretty much your only land. But it would work wonderfully in a mill deck, or some other alternate win condition deck, like tree of perdition, triskaidekaphobia.
@TrippleBoggey3 You're probably right, Bant sounds like a good idea. Maybe I'll redo it eventually. On your card: Why do you write "indestructible" with a small i? Or, other way around, why do you write the other keywords with a capital (but I get that, I like it more this way too)? I'm not sure about the wording, if that's correct the way you did it. Maybe in the first ability "put up to X tokens" and in the second "for each token you put onto the battlefield less than X you may choose one" and in addition "you may chose more than one for each additional token less than X". But maybe with that wording, it's not enough space in the rule text box.
@TrippleBoggey3, Thanks for the feedback! I had a feeling it might be a little overcosted, but I wasn't quite sure. I also agree with what you said about Perilous way, that's a good point. What if you put the artifact into your hand instead of the battlefield? If that's not enough to balance it, I might also make you discard a card in addition to sacrificing the creature. Do you think either or both of those would be enough?
As for your card, Summoned Obedience, what an interesting idea! There are so many different ways you could play this. It's definitely not as good early game as it could be late game, but starting at 5 mana or so, you can get a lot of combinations out of this! My only gripe with it is that whatever effect you get, there's probably another spell that does (more or less) the same thing, but at a lower cost. But I guess that's the price of versatility!
My friends and I want to tinker with experimental effects (alone) so we had a couple ice-breakers and after some golden pieces of criticism, we started to work together. Here is one.
Trying to work out this smaller commander I had an idea for:
The thing I'm struggling most is whether or not the last ability is actually doing what I'm trying to accomplish. It's supposed to be like she gets first strike and deathtouch so she'll kill that creature before it gets the chance to kill her, but I still don't really understand how first strike and deathtouch work together
It sounds reasonable, however I personally just thought of it as a really good mythic.
Also, I believe you forgot to take note of the fact that there is a 2/3 with renown 2 and vigilance that's an uncommon. So I think the vigilance for skulk is a worthy payoff including the extra 1 defense so that they all would even things out. Then I envision that the third ability is what makes it even up there to mythic plus it's a legendary creature so you can only have one whereas you can have four of the 2/3 renown 2 and vigilance.
I think if it was a 2/2 for 3 mana with skulk and renown 2 wouldn't constitute a rare. But thanks for the input!
@Littledemon, on Multiverse Crystal, it's a very nice idea, but you never specified what base power and toughness they would have, because otherwise, they'd die immediately.
On Runo Stormkirk, do I need to say? I think you already understand.
On Anje Falkenrath, it feels very underpowered. It's very weak, a vampires are not often cast for their madness cost. Plus, a planeswalker is a player.

How's this? It's made for conspiracy draft: http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/usurp-the-throne
Can someone review this please?

@KrazyKobold98, Sanctum of the Archmagus looks overcosted, but this is an interesting idea...
Perilous Way just seems too OP. An extra Artifact vs a sacrificed card. Put it onto an Artifact sacrifice deck and it's so OP.
@Faiths_Guide,
Looks like you already got your feedback...
@Feyamius,
I can see this as too OP. But then again, it's only your hand. It seems more Bant to me... But it's still a really nice idea! I love it!

Waaaaaay to overpowered.
First, a 2/2 with Renown 2 for 3 mana is already an uncommon.
Skulk adds it to a extremely powerful rare, because they combo slightly.
Then, with its third ability, it's pretty much pay {w}{b}. Destroy the creature blocking it."
Way past a mythic.
It sounds reasonable, however I personally just thought of it as a really good mythic.
