After a slightly overpowered entry, UndeadZombie22 came back if full force with this amazing magus. Let's break this card down for a second. Five mana to counter a spell is exactly the same as force of will except you get a creature upon resolution. The geneious part about this card is the use of evoke to counter the spell and not give you the creature, which let's be honest, would be super Over powered.
Also, @UndeadZombie22 had my favorite entry, and as such gets to judge the next Reactivation challenge. Don't worry though @Tomigon, I do have something for you to do to which I will message you about when it's time
