I have done this in my old challenge. It has also 3 winners. It really went well. It was like this;

(All participants name with "@)
Imagine that you are the judge. Let me know your 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place by personal message.(Btw, you can't choose your card! Sorry!)
1st gets 3 points, 2nd gets 2 points, 3rd gets 1 point. Finally the cards with the most points total win.
*In your message, if you add a comment about why do you like those cards, you get 0.5 point. Short comment is ok. The reasons I recommend this are
-I want to make sure that you didn't choose cards randomly.
-If you would become tied to a person who didn't vote, if you have 0.5 point, you win. (It makes things a bit fairer because that person could have vote your card.)

In my old contest were limit 3 cards. So I think additional point system were a bit more complex. I don't remember.
