Beyond the Boundary (Gensokyo) Set
This is going to be where I index all my Touhou-themed cards. Comments on the set as a whole are definitely welcome, though.
~~~ Notes - Overarching Plan and (S)potlighted Cards
I'll bring up the halt mechanic and (S) next to subtype now. I'm planning to do each main windows era Touhou game up to 13 (I have very little experience/knowledge with the characters/plot of 13+), for each game doing a 'Core Creatures Set' (CCS) and an 'Extra Set' (ExS).
Each CCS has a spotlight card like the foil rares in Starter Decks, denoted by the (S) next to their subtype. In addition to the (S), spotlight cards get to have a keyword ability which may or may not be shared by any cards in the ExS. I'm looking to really capture a character's theme/style with these keywords, so for these I'm throwing balance out the window.
