Phase Beta - Operation: Box, Contest Two
Introduction
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the main event! The moment you've all been waiting for! It is time to open what is officially the largest contest with the best prize pool ever to be held on this site. Before I get into details, I wanted to give a shout-out to @MTGCardsmith for providing the site we all use and enjoy as well as coordinating the physical prizes and @Corwinnn for contributing to the prize pool and helping judge and construct this contest and work out all of the fine details so that it goes smoothly. Finally, thank you to all of the premium members/patreon supporters. This contest really exists as a big thank you to all of you, which is why you're eligible for better prizes. Becoming a premium member doesn't just get you cool features, it pays for the majority of the costs associated with the site and allows MTGCS to actually spend time working on even better things for all of us.Now to the contest. If you have no idea what is going on, please read the preparation post and the first contest so that you can get up to speed. This contest is open to anyone and there will be six winners in two separate tiers. The first tier is the premium/the list tier which has larger prizes and is for premium members and the winners of the first contest. The second tier is open to any and all participants that meet any legal requirements set by MTGCS. If for some reason you can't get your prize (you are too young, you live outside the US) we will work out an alternate digital prize for you.
General Rules
1. Entries must be 'realistic' magic cards. No 'un' cards, no pokemon, no yigioh, no transformers, etc.2. Entries must be balanced and viable for commander play. If you need help with this part, be sure to ask your fellow cardsmiths for input and support.
3. Each user is allowed two (2) entries. These entries may be changed any time before the contest's end date. If you change your card(s), please make a new post saying so.
4. Each entry must be an originally designed card for this contest, no old cards or previous creations.
5. Each entry must have the artwork with a proper credit. There may be exceptions made but using art sources that allow you to credit the creator (such as deviantart or artist websites/tumblrs) is highly suggested.
Entry Rules
So, what's the theme of this contest? In the last contest we had cardsmiths make 4-color charms balanced around commander (and potentially modern) but anyone who plays commander knows that they would be very difficult to play, since there are no four-color commanders! Commander 2016 should be announced soon and it is very likely that this year will feature 4-color commanders for the first time, so we want to see the best 4-color commanders you can come up with! The requirements are:
1. Your card must be a legendary nonland permanent with a 4-color color identity. If you do not know how color identity differs from the colors in a card's casting cost, check it out here
2. If your card is not a creature, it must specify that it can be a commander.
That's about it. This one's pretty simple. We wanted to give just enough guidance to get people thinking but not too much to hamper creativity.

Judging
Cards will be judged by myself and Corwinnn with possible input from MTGCS as well. They will be judged based on creativity first and foremost and balance second. Spelling, formatting and MTG standardization will not be judged since we understand some cardsmiths are new to designing cards and some don't speak English as a first language but please do your best to keep it understandable.End Date
We will stop accepting entries on November 12th and have the results within a week after. Prizes will be shipped soon after. The List

FAQ
Q: Can my entry cost more than just four mana?A: Yes! It can include additional colorless mana or colored mana (of any of its four colors) in its casting cost.
Q: Can you explain what commander is in a nutshell?
A: Commander is a format of Magic where players have 99-card decks. Their deck cannot have more than one of any nonbasic land card (also called Singleton) and can only include cards that are within their commander's color identity. Each deck also has a 'commander' that can be cast from the 'command zone' (a place similar to exile) like a normal card in your hand and returns there when it dies except it costs {2} two any color mana more for each time you've cast it from the command zone that game. It is also commonly played as a 4-player free for all game where the politics and consequences of your choices matter as much as playing good cards.
Q: I don't play commander! Can you help?
A: Of course! Feel free to message me with any questions you have about the format if you aren't familiar with it. I will not help you make your entries but I will help you understand the format.
Q: I missed/didn't win in the previous contest and can't afford premium membership! Is there any other way I can get onto the list for free?
A: Sadly, no. We understand that not everyone is capable of paying for premium membership which is why we gave people the opportunity to win their way in in the previous contest and why we have a prize tier for all other members. Even two free packs is nothing to sniff at. They may even contain two masterpieces!
Q: I have friends that don't normally use this site. Can they join?
A: Absolutely. If they become premium members before the end of the contest, they can even qualify for the higher prize tier.
Q: Can I ask questions that don't show up in the FAQ?
A: No. However, you can make statements and assertions and have us confirm or deny their validity This is a joke. You can ask any question you want.
Good luck everyone!

Feel free to comment. I will gladly accept advice.
I went with an interesting approach, using this commander to make sure that wherever your spells are, don't count them out. This could prove to make some broken decks, but I still went with it as the combos would prove to be difficult to pull off. If anyone could think of some Infinite combos with her, PLEASE let me know.
I wanted to make a card that interacted with your opponents in a unique way. I recently thought of making a "Stealing" EDH theme deck that would be all about gaining control of/casting your opponents' things. I just thought that this card would be a great commander for that deck.

u/b/r/g to me is ultimate creature summoning. Hence the multicolor permanent sharing of abilities and the ultimate devotion. The more permanents you have, the more OP you'll be!
@strongbelieves, does the card have to start out as a commander? I was thinking about making a sorcery that becomes a commander as it resolves so that you can keep casting it for an additional {2} for the rest of the game.
Here's my 1st entry.
