Make a non legendary Artifact with a converted mana cost of 4 or less ...but that can become a Artifact creature
Next, I would like to see a card that punishes players for having energy counters.
Let's see a creature card that is an undead/zombified version of an existing Legendary Creature!
I want to see a four color commander that counters two of the new commanders Saskia and Atraxa.
Next: A partner commander that actually restricts the number of colors you can play, with an effect that gives you a reason to not want to play that color.

Turino, Apprentice seeker is a planeswalker that can be your commander like Daretti, Scrap servent.
My request was a creature (preferable a demon) to work well with one of the two rakdos.

The front alone is really good. I'm assuming that it triggers whenever it flips which is very strong nice job.
