Next: Make a card that fiddles with the monarch mechanism. But don't make one that makes you the monarch. Make something that benefits you when others are monarch.
You can also hit yourself with it if your the monarch.

I request for a card to be able to remove cards or return them to their owners hand from the stack. I may suggest giving the card an added benefit.
