Whenever Guards of the Consul is blocked, the blocking creature's controller may return Guards of the Consul and the blocking creature to their owner's hands.
Considering this is a 1/4 with Defender, I'm supposing you meant:
Whenever Guard of the Consul blocks a creature, that creature's controller may return Guards of the Consul and the other creature to their owners' hands.
OK, for a planeswalker, somebody will put in the values for the abilities, (All of them) and then each ability will be worded by a different person. So: Name Starting Loyalty All loyalty ability costs First ability Second Ability Third ability
@saveria201 Great to see ya around! I was plannin on making her a Spirit planeswalker already, but I'm not that certain on making PWs, so it's great people thought on the same lines as I did
So 3WB for a 5 loyalty planeswalker +1 Create a 1/1 spirt creature token. You lose 1 life. -3 Destroy target creature. You gain life equal to half of it's combined power and toughness, rounded down. -8 EDIT: Maybe my suggestion would better suit the -8? Or fine as is?

The wording is a bit off.

Loyalty: 5
-1: Gain 1 life.
-3: Create a 1/1____
-3: Exile target creature. It's controller gains control of Keres, Eternally Betrothed.
