I have tried to make a card that properly expresses the angel Leliel that Peter Mohrbacher made as an art piece. (Designed specifically for the Commander format!)
I'm looking for feedback. If someone has any ideas for improvement on the card, please leave a message here or in a comment to the card page!
This is the keyword which I've used as a nod to past MTG sets and ideas!
Phasing (This phases in or out before you untap during each of your untap steps. While it's phased out, it's treated as though it doesn't exist.)

I love that card! I have always wanted to make a card for Dierk. Maybe up the power level of the second ability?

As for the wording, it seems correct as far as I can tell. Maybe it should be "exiled BY Deepwoods Piper"? I'm not positive.
It's important to specify "You may put a creature card that shares a creature type with a card exiled..." since all creatures share the card type of "creature" whereas presumably you only want to be able to put a creature onto the battlefield that shares a sub-type with the exiled card.
Hi there! I made a comment on your card's page on how you can make your card have extra impact.
There is a lot there, but they are just the version I made personally! So don't feel you need to change it as much as I did.
I'd recommend re-formatting the name to "Piper of the Deepwoods" as it feels more emphasized! Axolotl.
I haven't made a card in over a week, so this all might be rusty. Advice would be extremely appreciated.
If it's got 8 or less thoughness you've killed it for 2 otherwise you've take probably their best creature for 2.
Don't get me wrong I like the card. The whole of I can't have it no one can kinda vibe.
2 mana multicolor kill spells with additions aren't uncommon to be seen...
