Conspiracy EDH: A New Format
Introduction
Welcome to a new contest here! It is based off a conspiracy theme and EDH mixed into a new gamemode. Enjoy!
Format Rules
First see how many players are playing. Try to get at least 4 players. Then following this chart, out this number of these cards into a stack.
4 Players: 1 Plains, 1 Island, 1 Swamp, and 1 Mountain.
5 Players: 1 Plains, 1 Island, 1 Swamp, 1 Mountain, and 1 Forest.
6 Players: 1 Plains, 1 Island, 1 Swamp, 2 Mountains, and 1 Forest.
7 Players: 1 Plains, 2 Islands, 1 Swamp, 2 Mountains, and 1 Forest.
8 Players: 1 Plains, 2 Islands, 1 Swamp, 3 Mountains, and 1 Forest.
9 Players: 1 Plains, 2 Islands, 2 Swamps, 3 Mountains, and 1 Forest.
10 Players: 1 Plains, 2 Islands, 2 Swamps, 4 Mountains, and 1 Forest.
11 Players: 1 Plains, 2 Islands, 2 Swamps, 4 Mountains, and 2 Forests.
12 Players: 1 Plains, 2 Islands, 2 Swamps, 5 Mountains, and 2 Forests.
13 Players: 1 Plains, 3 Islands, 2 Swamps, 5 Mountains, and 2 Forests.
14 Players: 1 Plains, 3 Islands, 2 Swamps, 6 Mountains, and 2 Forests.
15 Players: 1 Plains, 4 Islands, 2 Swamps, 6 Mountains, and 2 Forests.
16 Players: 1 Plains, 4 Islands, 2 Swamps, 7 Mountains, and 2 Forests.
Plains: King
Island: Good Official
Swamp: Corrupt Official
Mountain: Rebel
Forest: Wealthy Man.
Shuffle all those cards into a face down pile, and deal each player 1 card. If a player reveals his or her cards that player is kicked from the game. Only the King starts the game with his card revealed. All the players choose an EDH deck, and then the game starts. Now, all players may talk amongst themselves, lie, and say they're identity, but it might be false. They may even bribe other players, by giving away cards from their hands, but only with the other player's consent. The game ends when the goal is met:
Goal of King and Good Official: Kill the Corrupt Officials and the Rebels.
Goal of Corrupt Official: Kill Everyone, including other Corrupt Officials.
Goal of Rebel: Kill the King.
Goal of Wealthy Man: Have all they're entire deck drawn out.
Once the game ends, each player gets points based on they're position:
If King/Good Official Wins: They each get 5 points. All alive Wealthy Man get 2 points.
If Corrupt Official Wins: They get 15 points.
If Rebels Win: They each get 5 points. All alive Corrupt Offcials get 3 Points. All alive Wealthy Man get 2 points.
If Wealthy Man wins: They get 30 points. All alive players each get 3 points.
And then play more!
Ban List:
-Any cards with an alternate win condition.
-Enter the Infinite.
-Inverter of Truth.
-Entire EDH Ban List.
This Contest
Well, we have to have some conspiracy EDH generals for this format! Come on and make some!
I recommend making EDH generals specifically for a specific identity, yet subtle enough that it can also be used for another to avoid suspicion.
Other Rules
-No entry limit.
-Old cards aloud.
-Due date undetermined.
Prizes
Undetermined.

Thank you! I have updated the ban list.
Even if you are not planning on entering this contest, would you mind giving some advice on how you like this format!
Here's my entry: http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/kzevra-time-dancer

Turn 1: Land
Turn 2: Land, Dark Ritual, that card.
(I suggest banning it XD)
I would recommend banning Emrakul, the Promised End as well... She is really powerful.
@Bellycuss You would have to be a Wealthy Person for sure for that to be worth running, although I do agree that it could be slightly OP...
it basically reads, "every turn is your turn, too."
Ban List updated!
@Lujikul
I agree!
How do think that kind of mechanic sounds? I've been considering how to implement it for a while.
Goal of King and Good Official: Kill the Corrupt Officials and the Rebels.
Goal of Corrupt Official: Kill Everyone, including other Corrupt Officials.
If King/Good Official Wins: They each get 5 points. All alive Corrupt Offcials get 3 Points. All alive Wealthy Man get 2 points.
If Corrupt Official Wins: They get 15 points.
How do the alive corrupt officials get 3 points when the king wins, when the king wins by killing the corrupt officials?
I might have miswritten some stuff...
You may want to ban the following card since it's a 1 CMC mill your entire library!
Edit: Just made a card with inspiration to that card. Hopefully we can get some feedback on it's balancing!
Myaris, the Selfless One (Synergizes with it in Commander!)
1. I just forgot: Add Demonic Consultation (Thank You @Modnation675) to the ban List.
2. Take off the contest part. Let's just use this as a discussion thread for this format.
I can't imagine how funny it would be to see someone play 3+ cost tutors in their deck just to get this petty 1 mana spell.
Then realizes the opponent just won! XD
