This is my ultimate 2nd entry.

My second and final entry, hopefully this is more fun and balanced than Spell Crash.
Third and final entry, tried to make it usable without going overboard
EDIT: recreated the card with correct layout/border
A psuedo-counterspell with two potential uses:
1) Exile a card your opponent wants to have in their graveyard after casting.
2) 'Dodge' a counterspell by using it on your own card in response to it being countered.

Neat card! What about spells with X in their mana cost? Would using your counter/copy force them to use 0 for X in the copy?
