I think you misunderstood. This contest is basically a tournament. What modnation means is Season Two, which is this same contest again (probably in a few months).
@modnation675, Season Two will have a new thread, while Round Two of Season One will continue on this one.

Thank you for making this great tournament. It was lots of fun! I was just wondering, doesn't fortified make the cities considerably less powerful because you run the risk of them being destroyed?
Challenges:
@SALT_SIMULATOR_2017 vs. @Decaldor -> Make a legendary creature with Defender.
@Faiths_Guide vs. @TrippleBoggey3 -> Make a card that produces a legendary token. (For example, Zari Kev, Skyship Raider from Aether Revolt creates a legendary red Monkey creature token named Ragavan whenever it attacks. (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=423754) However, the legendary token doesn’t have to be a creature. It could be an artifact, an enchantment, etc.)
@Rednaxela vs. @Credius -> Make a creature that effectively functions as a counterspell. (It could be the new Spell Queller, or a creature that literally counters a spell when it enters the battlefield.)
@IanLowenthal vs. @KrampisZman -> Make a double-faced card that begins as one card type and flips into another.
@Arceus8523 vs. @BradXMagic -> Colorshift Delver of Secrets. (One mana 1/1, flips into a 3/2 with a core ability other than flying. The color can be any color other than blue.)
@nsm91 vs. @Latinas -> Make a SOI/EMN - themed Eldrazi Horror.
