Fan made cards cost

Hi.
Just a quick question from a noob. Is there fan-made printed MtG cards on sale? And if there would be, would someone buy them?

    When you say fan-made, you mean original cards, right? Because there are cards out there with alternate art directly linked to popular shows and stuff.

    Yea, for example. Can I buy naruto fan made cards set if I wanted to? Or if I make one myself can I sell it?
