I provided feedback on your card named "Holy Victory". Hopefully it's what you were looking for, as I fit as much of your idea on the card space as I could.
If you hadn't already made that awesome card, I would've contemplated uploading it thyself! XD

Last Resort
Instant
Whenever you shuffle your library, you may reveal Last Resort from your library and set it aside. Then shuffle your library and then place Last Resort on the bottom of it.
Whenever you draw Last Resort, you may reveal it. If you do, and there are no cards left in your library, exile Last Resort and cast a card from your sideboard without paying its mana cost. Otherwise, place Last Resort on the bottom of your library.
Augury [Cost] ([Cost]: Turn this card face up, then turn it face down. Activate this ability only once each turn.)
Flavor: A shadowy cult foreshadows and warns of the coming of a great demon, and it turns out they were right.

I really like the art! Is the card design simply to embody the flavor of Phyrexia? I think it would be okay to up the power level.

Before anybody asks, two or more legendary permanents with the same name must be under a player's control for the legendary rule to have any effect. (Therefore the last ability gets around this)

Concerning your card, the only main problem I have with it is the fact it is an Eldrazi Elemental. In theory, Eldrazi are the exact opposite of Elementals, so having them combined together is a bit jarring. Might want to use the colorless background too!
