This is an (at the moment) ongoing contest where cards are posted that would be fun (not necessarily powerful) commanders!

(Also I feel like I should mention not to include joke cards before half the submitted cards are bidoof tribal.)

Although not technically a Commander, I made this card a bit ago. Hopefully it will inspire somebody.

A competitor to white's Isamaru, Hound of Konda. (Isamaru is such a horribly designed card!)

(Looking for better artwork in terms of visibility.)

This card requires some explanation. Please tell me otherwise if it actually doesn't.

• Elena's second ability should literally change the type of the counters. She can turn +1/+1 counters to -1/-1 counters, charge counters, time counters, or whatever. She is the counter god.

• If you would change charge counters on artifacts to +1/+1 or -1/-1 counters, nothing would happen, unless you would move those counters to another creature or it turns into a creature.

• I want this card to exist so badly!

What prevents someone from making said counters +20/+20 or -10/-10 counters? There should be constraints like it has to be a counter that exists among permanents on the battlefield.

It has to be defined in the rules or on a card in the history of MTG to choose it.

For example, I can't say Yugioh counters. Just as changelings aren't Gabe Newell at all times.

@Mellenius, good question! It is the same reason why you can't choose the color Orange or Purple with Gilded Lotus. The color must exist in MtG for you to be able to pick it. You can only choose White, Blue, Black, Red, and Green (and Pink, but that is a really weird instance.)

Theoretically, you can turn +1/+1 counters into +2/+2 counters because of another strange instance early in MtG history, but since no +20/+20 counters have ever been made, you cannot turn them into that.
