As a bit of a side note your card is doubly interesting in the fact that that staff IS the sword of the animist, just sheathed. Lorewise that actually makes sense, because while only Nissa can unsheathe and use the sword, its assumed anyone can use the staff... so equipping this to a different planeswalker fits. Not sure if you meant it that way.
I think you accidentally meshed Enchantment Auras and Artifact Equipments. Also, if you were to grant 'walkers more abilities, I'd suggest "Remove # loyalty counters:" for the activation cost.

1st Place: Nightmare Needle by @ningyounk
~I'm not sure where you got the art, but it's literally perfect for the card. The flavor,
rules text connecting to Ashiok, and balance are all great. My one revision would be to
make it {b}{u} somehow in the mana cost, but it's minor. Very nice job!
2nd Place: Silvered Fist by @Odogom
~This one gets serious points for creativity, I would've never thought of how to make an
equipment for Karn, and you did a very good job at doing just that. Flavor is off the
charts and you even included the lore behind Mirari. Art is also on point. Great
rendition of a creative idea!
3rd Place: Staff of Enlightenment by @koover
~Honestly I'm surprised this card doesn't already exist. It seems the perfect candidate
for a legendary equipment card, and the ties that you included connecting it to Narset
were very well done. Once again, art is good and balance is acceptable, perhaps I'd
lower the mana cost and increase the equip cost. Good work!
Honorable mentions: Inspector's Diviner, by @Brainifyer and Urumi of the Stalwart by @nsm91
~Both of these were very close runner-ups, I actually quite like the simplicity of Urumi
of the Stalwart and Inspector's Diviner seems like exactly the type of thing Dovin Baan
would use. Good art and balance for them both, and a very commendable job!
