Thank you so much to all who entered! There were a lot of great entries. I have chosen 5 entries I felt stood out the most. Let us start with the Honorable Mentions:
Honorable Mention 1- Alzbeth, the Redeemed by @TenebrisNemo This is an amazing card. It seems fun and balanced, and it does synergise with a tribe under represented in commander. The only problem is: there are only TWO demons in her colors. TWO! While yes, I would like for her to lead a demon commander deck, it just does not seem like that could be possible. Good card, just not a great option for demon tribal.
Honorable Mention 2- Arique, of Desecrated Forests by @modnation675 Another great card! It features an ability I wish was on more cards (Retrace), is political (which is important in edh) and has dryad as a creature type. One problem though: Arique does not help or synergise with the dryad tribe in any way. So, really cool card that has some interesting interactions, but maybe if instead of buffing herself and buffing the whole tribe, she might have been put higher on this list. Great card, though!
Alright, now let us move onto the Top Three:
3rd Place- Andielle the Storm Valkyrie by @sanjaya666 Finally, a dedicated angel commander! This is a nice card with a not so subtle goal: beatdown with angels. It is in angel colors, and the only thing I could consider a flaw is how, with enough angels, you can completely lock up the board, making the game very un-fun for everyone who is not you. But oh well, there are and always will be decks like that in commander, so good job! Also, that is some amazing flavor text.
2nd Place-Khamudi, Ifnir Packleader by @Platypusburger I love Bolas. He might just be my favorite planeswalker, so that means I also like Amonkhet (or at least what He has done with the place). So seeing this card supporting a new tribe and showing what might have happened after Bolas has wreaked havoc just feels awesome. I would not be surprised if this card shows up in Hour of Devastation.
1st Place- Jarl of Knightly Valor by @Mila This is not only a commander for a tribe that desperately needs one, but feels like a knight! The provoke ability feels very knightly and reducing cost just feels awesome for this tribe in particular. Amazing job! I would love to see this card actually printed!
Alright, that just about wraps things up. Honorable mentions each get 1 favorite, 3rd place gets 3, 2nd place gets 4, and 1st place gets 5 and a follow. Please post which cards you would like to be favorited, and thanks everybody!
