Made to be commander
Chupacabra- I liked the aggresive theme. It seemed a bit overkill with all those abilities, but I like the idea of having a creature on the board that does nothing but destroy your opponent.
Praezon, King of the Dead- The ability to constantly make a bunch of tokens is cool, and Lifelink is a fun ability. I think the ability to make an X/X zombie should cost like 4 or 5 mana instead of "X", since we already have devotion to decide what the token's power and toughness will be. The ability to make a big token every turn late game is my favorite part of this card. Nice card!
All-seeing Sphinx- This is my second favorite card out of the three. I liked the ability. The mana cost is a bit high, but I think you did that so it fits in as an uncommon.
Malferrovax, Emerald Sage- Its a well made card. It seems fun to play. Don't think I have anything else to say.

Ty-ryd, doctrines executioner- Thats a pretty cool idea. It makes your opponent not want to attack you, and can stall the game for you. It also seems pretty balanced.

Paladin of hope is a bit of a cheap card to cast considering that one of it's abilities is gain 6 life but it is kind of a life saver if you have very little life.
I do like Kin-Guard though.

I was thinking of something like:
"As an ageless beast that went from sea to air, its wishes are to evolve others to do the same. But only so he can get enough prey to hunt in the cloudy world up above." If you going to remake skywhale, I think to you should reduce the amount of blue mana needed. Six converted mana cost for the card is fine, but four blue mana is rough. It should be like two or three blue mana. I made the same mistake on Tsunami Elephant too lol.
Also, nice remake of Praezon, King of the Dead. It really nice. It looks very clean.
Beside flavor text, there something else I do that might be useful for you aswell. Cards like Rotting Blood-Drinker and Watcher of Dreams are cool cards but they look a bit bare. You do something like this:

Your elemental enchantment dragons are pretty cool aswell.
