I have had that glitch before.
1) If you enter multiple entries, can they be for different tribes?
2) Can I please please please do a sponge lord?
I thought the same, but the rules say otherwise.
"Each participant must choose a tribe to support. But be careful, as you can only make cards for that tribe."
Couldn't fit the "Lord" subtype on the typeline, so forgive me if we were supposed to do that.

One tribe only.
@Lujikul Any kind of lord is good. Heck, it doesn't have to be a lord just so long it supports the tribe.
Sponges and Homunculi added.
It's interesting that all the ooze lords thus far have been green/blue, seeing as there are no mono-blue oozes. In fact, mono-color oozes have thus far been confined to Jund colors. (b/r/g)
My theory of why we do that is because oozes are reminiscent of the simic, especially since they care about counters.
