The contest says one or the other, but I can't say for certain.
Edit: I can see using one as a downside mechanic, while having the other as a benefit being acceptable.

@BlasterAdreis, @SpiritDragon, @Blademaster - once the entry has been fully saved into the contest list, it cannot be changed, the first url submitted is the official entry.
I don't have premium so I redid the card as a separate card the deleted the original. Now my entry does not appear at all on the contest page
I think this one will do well! There aren't enough followers of Helios...
Since the Descendants of Luna have a lot of aggressive looking cards, I think Helios should have a couple cards that combat it. Plus, I'm a HUUUUUGE EDH player and I feel like this would be fun in a deck vs a Descendants of Luna deck.

And if I don't place in the contest, but this character idea catches someone's eye and he makes it into the MtG narrative somehow - to me, that'd be a better prize than cards. I'mma just plant that little wish-seed right here...
