I would like a balanced 0 cost 4/4
not sure if this qualifies for something you were looking for, but here it is.
Request: a creature with Devour. Devour X (As this comes into play, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This creature comes into play with X +1/+1 counters on it for each creature sacrificed.)
If Commander 2017 had a fifth deck, make a tribal commander of whatever tribe and color combination you wish. Just something you would have like to seen or had thought it could have made a spot.
I'm not quite sure I balanced this correctly, but it went through so many versions this is the best I could get.
