It's trolly and unfun because while easily killable by counter/murder, Wizards thinks that losing 2 life actually matters, and that's how this is realistic.

It effectively means players have to pay {2} each turn or don't cast spells, because I'd never see someone letting go of their lands. Good against instants, and nice card overall. Congratulations, you've won a favourite of your choice.

The sac is great but it's the second ability that wins this card. Tax is really unfun, but this does it in a balanced way that synergies with its top and bottom. Congratulations, you've won two favorites of your choice.

Phyrexian mana and repeatable countering. I can imagine playing against this, being unable to play a spell. Ugh, it's giving me nightmares. Which is perfect! You've won (another) two favorites!

This is pretty neat and simple. It can really slow down aggro decks, while not being overpowering against other deck types. Being two-sided and only tapping for colorless balance it. Congratulations, you've won a favourite of your choice!

Wait, hold up... I succeeded at making a balanced non-dual land? Huh. I thought that was my worst area of card design.
