Alright for this contest, think of an awesome creature you'd want as your commander! Keep it realistic, but since it is commander it can be a little bit broken. 1 entry per person, so choose wisely!

I've actually always wanted to do a cipher commander for Dimir, but never got around to doing it XD Thanks Spliefer I guess for reminding me XD

Chromium is a classic Commander, one of the original Elder Dragon Legends which the format (EDH) was initially based on.

But nowadays, Chromium, and the rest of the Elder Dragon Legends, are quite underwhelming as commanders. My version of Chromium is, I think, true to the original card, but with a much higher power level (while still being balanced) and a modern twist with a non-tribal Eminence ability. This Eminence ability allows you to still make use of Chromium without paying his hefty cost of 8 mana, plus three each turn. But if you do choose to pay that cost, which I kept the same as the original Chromium for nostalgia, you will be rewarded by a very powerful and elusive creature, unfortunately unlike the original.
