The way the "Wayfarer" reminder text is worded, it seems returning it during your next upkeep is a trigger that can be responded to. If this mechanic's creator doesn't want the return of the Wayfarer to use the stack, it should be "Return it to the battlefield at the beginning of your next upkeep." But I didn't make the mechanic so I left it as is. (I did move the sorcery-speed clause to the end where it belongs, though.)
