Thanks to @MrRansom for the partner suggestion. It took a while for me to decide, but I decided Guulran could use some help because other than a 3/3 with DS and DT and trample, you have to sac. a creature each turn if you control another creature. Vrux himself also benefits from saccing., but he has no particular value as a commander, unless you run a load of sacrifice outlets and Disentomb-like effects, and is more of a recurring Grim Haruspex, Fecundity, etc.
