What Lurks In The Deep **Circuit Challenge** Winners Posted
Hey, itcha gurl, East2West. I was looking around the MTG database and I saw that Blue is really missing out on big creatures. There's the occasional Kraken or Octopus but they usually come with drawbacks that make them unplayable. This contest is to see who can make the best giant blue creature card.
Rules
-Must have power and toughness 4 or over
-Must be either mono or dual colored. No tricolor
-Must be a creature
-New cards would be preffered
Prizes
First- Follow, 1 Circuit Point and 6 faves of my choice
Second- 3/4 Circuit Point and 4 faves of my choice
Third- 1/2 Circuit Point and 2 faves of my choice
Any Honorable Mentions- 1/4 Circuit Point
I'll end this contest on December 13th. Enjoy
Edit:The name of the contest actually matters to your entries, they shouldn't be human but creatures from the ocean itself.

If I recall correctly, most of Blue's creatures, especially their higher CMC cards, are poor by design due to how powerful their non-creature spells are. Prevents Mono-Blue from becoming a permanent meta.

He's a Kraken, but he doesn't necessarily lurk in the deep, more so lurks in the heights haha
I believe this satisfies what you're looking for very well. In a mono blue deck it shouldn't be difficult to continue to play blue spells to keep creating 5/5 Krakens, and you could grant them Islandwalk as well. He may be more of a late-game play, but once he comes out, he better be answered, otherwise it's going to be game soon.

This is my first attempt I hope you like it.
Sharktopus' royalty free mtg card. But in all seriousness, I tried to create a creature that embodied the campy B shark movie, while also making a terrifying card to go up against in an aggro deck.
The middle ability may seem out of place, but it's meant to act as the moment where the creature can come in and strike at any moment to kill off a character. But it was also to make the card more "blue" as it gives a combat trick and the ability to untap your own creatures to extend your plays.
