Okay. I'll get on that in a minute. As for the current black deck list, it has -Cult of the Black Dawn (Face Card) -Abhorrent Overlord -Attrition -Bad Moon -Bitterblossom -Blood Artist -Bloodline Keeper -Deciple of Bolas -Elliot, the Smith of Flesh -Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder -Goulcaller Gisa -Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet -Pawn of Ulamog -Reaper from the Abyss -Senguir Autocrat -Skirsdag High Priest -Vampiric Rites -Voldaren Paraiah -Kormus Bell -Phyrexian Alatr -Sol Ring -Crypt of Agadeem -Reliquary Tower -Westvale Abbey
As for the superfirends budget thing, Wizards claims they don't look at the secondary market when designing their products, so while I don't think we should be putting in Jace the Mind Sculptor or Liliana of the Vale, we shouldn't be too worried about card prices designing this.
I think we can make an exception for this. Besides, Wizard's pretty much ignores rarity when designing commander decks. In general, basic lands excluded, rares and mythics exceeds commons and uncommons in each deck.
Oh and I changed the second ability of weatherlight so it can only be spent on legendary spells, that way the oaths get included along with planeswalkers.
