First of all, I would like to note that many excellent entries were laid low by their lack of artist credit. Always give credit, even when it takes the extra 20 seconds. If you can't find the artist of the art, try doing a reverse Google Image search.
In third place...
@Aryanf, beautifully simple. I love the flavor of the Detain mechanism, and Yubaba's Bird executes it perfectly. Well done!
In second place...
@Faiths_Guide, this card simply oozes with flavor. Wanna be friends? Great, but we have to do everything together now!
And in first place:
Huzzah for last minute entries, @Tomigon! Skeleton Crusader poses so many interesting and flavorful options. As long as he keeps on 'crusading,' he'll stay alive...but at what cost?

I'm going to start the next reactivation challenge soon. I've already decided which one to reactivate!

then I realized that the new judge is supposed to be chosen by you. I was thinking this was "Winner is the judge" system. Oh, well. I even forgot that it was me who wrote the disclaimer and started reactivation challenge#1.
