Too powerful? Or too black of an effect for white-blue?

Kinda wanted to make a build-around-me that channeled card draw into beatdown. Wheel of Fate and Timetwister are probably going to be good here but Timetwister won't be as annoying with this as when it's paired with Leovold. Any thoughts on power level?

I just made this, and I haven't decided yet if I'm embarrassed by it.
I know it should technically be gold bordered, but the gold border with the art just seemed so wrong.
Thoughts on balance and abilities?

It's a phrase I designed previously for this.
Both must be declared as attacking or blocking the same creature, player, or Planeswalker simultaneously.
If that action is illegal for either permanent, it is illegal for both.
It's a flavorful drawback for balance.

(Also, I now realize Thirsting Theft's "tap target creature" effect isn't really a black effect. Sorry about that.)
You're right. It would need more rules clarification. But that is the intent. Together, in this case, means "in the same place" or "as one."
It's based on the set you very much liked (as I recall).

I remember specifically (since lovely faves from you are rare) that you found and faved the Saddle Boar without my knowledge and then (along with another smith) said that you'd like to see a cycle. I was originally only intending to do the Boar.
