How do you want teams to be like?
-Partners
-Super Large Teams (The only way I can do team captains.)
-Normal Size
Also, I vote partners. It can be much easier to communicate ideas between two people.
I've worked in a large team before, and it was fairly difficult for communication, with several members being on opposite sides of the globe, and so transfer of ideas was a nightmare.
That is the point. The contest was meant for people who aren't too active with others. It was not meant for over active people, but for people who aren't too active so they can be able to learn to work better with others online.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great idea, but not my piece of cake.

Oh, it's sad that @Mila is gone. I would have liked a team with her and @ningyounk for round 2, being all in the same time zone (and Mila being German, too).

One thing that seems to be a problem is time zones, so I'll have you know I am in the US Pacific time zone.
