The Bad Mechanics Challange (phantom coins)

Hello, smiths!

I'm back with another challange/contest. According to Nizzahon Magic over on YouTube, these are the worst mechanics of all time (I'm excluding banding and phasing for this challange):
  1. Soulshift (When this creature dies, you may return target Spirit card with mana value N or less from your graveyard to your hand.)
  2. Rampage (Whenever this creature becomes blocked, it gets +N/+N until end of turn for each creature blocking it beyond the first.)
  3. Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of this card without paying its mana cost.)
  4. Ispired — Whenever this card becomes untapped, …
  5. Tribute (As this creature enters the battlefield, an opponent of your choice may place N +1/+1 counters on it.)
  6. Amplify (As this creature enters the battlefield, put N +1/+1 counters on it for each [creature type] card you reveal in your hand.)
  7. Bloodthirst N (If an opponent was dealt damage this turn, this permanent enters the battlefield with N +1/+1 counters on it.)
  8. Bolster (Choose a creature you control with the least toughness or tied for least toughness among creatures you control. Put N +1/+1 counters on that creature.)
The challange is clear - create a card with one of these mechanics. The card has to be good (playable) and utilise the mechanic in an interesting way.

Deadline is the 13th of June. Up to three entries per person, all new, each entry with a different mechanic.

Rewards:
1st place - 4 phantom coins
2nd place - 3 phantom coins
3rd place - 2 phantom coins
