Plane of Forciti. Part 2: City. Help Appreciated.

This set has ten factions each with two colors. The factions are split among three main categories:

Nature

Factions:
Ukara r/g
Floraga g/u
Mycor b/g
Jya w/g

Outcasts

Factions: r/b and u/r

City

Factions:
u/w Name pending
b/w Name pending
b/u Name pending
r/w Name pending

The nature faction is mostly done and the discussion for that can be found here

This discussion focuses on the city factions. I haven't come up with their names yet, all of the mechanics, but I do have the basic idea down.

The city factions are split among various city-states. The most powerful city-state is Certa with another notable city-state being Enoma. Each city-state has members from each faction. So the factions are more based on occupation and lifestyle than connectivity to each other. And members of a faction may fight against each other if they are fighting for different city-states.

The following is what I have so far for the factions.

u/w:
This faction consists of the nobles and merchants. And other upperclass citizens.

Mechanic: Tax N (At the beginning of your upkeep, tap N target creatures you control.)
Usually followed by the phrase: "Whenever ____'s tax is paid [effect].
A lot of other creatures have effects based on tapping or the number of tapped creatures.

b/w
This is the religious faction. It consists of priests and priestesses.

Mechanic: Reverence (Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may have it worship this creature)
Creature will usually have an additional ability saying "[trigger], [effect] for each creature worshipping this creature.]" Or "Whenever a creature worships this creature [effect]."
Other creatures will could have effects similar to this
There is also a major life gain theme.

b/u
This is the faction of assassins, criminals, and the people in poverty.

Mechanic: Clandestine N (Too lazy to write reminder text. See card in comments).
Want some sort of unblockable theme.

r/w
This is the faction of soldiers. These are the military forces for the city states and often fight against each other. A major creature type of this faction is the Aurumon. But it also includes humans.

Mechanic: Goldsword (Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, create a colorless artifact token named Gold with "Sacrifice this artifact: add one mana of any color to your mana pool.")
Lots of Gold synergy.

After the nature faction challenges end, I will start city faction challenges.

Sorry but I will not accept entries into the set on this thread. Save those for the faction challenges. But I welcome all ideas and suggestions. And I could use some help thinking of names, lore, and a mechanic for b/u.
